The Team

We are a family organization that has been working on this project since 2002. We are dedicated to having fun, winning, and promoting our partners.

Driver

Patrick Martinez
Patrick started building and racing Buicks right out of high school. He has continued to pursue his passion with his latest car that represents the pinnacle in Turbocharged Performance and Technology. Patrick says, "My goal is to be the first Xtreeme Street car to run 200 mph on a Drag Radial tire."

Crew Members

Jon Baynes
Jon started out in the passenger seat of Patrick's original Buick right out of high school. He has always been the "navigator" of the team and continues to steer Team Fusion towards their first championship.

Jessie Dillon
Jesse is the "brains" of the operation. An Engineer by trade, he never tires of looking for that competitive edge for the win or for that "little bit extra" that can make all the difference in tight races.

Mike Strong
Mike, our newest member, is always the first one there and the last one to leave. He is always geared up to make our team more successful.

Athena Schommer
Patrick's "Little Sister" has been around cars her whole life. As a formally trained technician, she provides much needed help in the pits.

David Osuch
Patrick & Athena's dad helps to keep us on track and motivated. He videotapes our runs which enables us to search for areas of improvement.

Rhonda Gilbert
Rhonda is in change of the team's finances and paperwork. She is the business aspect of our team; organized and on budget.

Jared Howell
Jared takes time from his busy paintless dent repair business, "The Dent Solution", to give us a hand.
